Thomas Labian
KINESIOLOGIST
Thomas Labian is a Kinesiologist at United Medical Fitness. He is originally from Houston, TX, and is passionate about helping people become more functional and stronger. Thomas pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Fitness and Leisure Studies in 2011 from Hardin-Simmons University. While in college, he played football under Head Coach Jimmie Keeling and was a two-time All-American Receiver.
Thomas moved to California in 2015 and began pursuing his personal training and kinesiology career. In addition to training at UMF, he coaches for the Under Armour Rise Football League in Menifee.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching football, taking photos and making music.
